Ingredients1 lb tripe1 onion, chopped 1/2 teaspoon garlic, chopped 3/4 kg beef 1 green chili, chopped 1 cup of blood Oil Pepper Salt |

DirectionsCook the onion and the garlic in oil until the onion is golden brown. In the meantime cut the beef into small cubes. Mix it with blood and season with salt, pepper and chili. Place the mixture in the uncooked tripe and tie both ends firmly. Grill. Slice and serve. |
