Ingredients1/2 lb tripe 1/2 lb kidney 1/2 lb liver 1/2 lb intestine 1 cup niter kibbeh (spiced butter) 1.5 cup onion, chopped 1/2 tsp cardamon 1/4 tsp garlic 1/4 tsp black pepper salt |
DirectionsIn running water, clean the tripe, liver, kidney and intestine thoroughly. Cut separately in small sizes and set aside. In a large frying pan cook onions with niter kibbeh. Add the spices and mix well. Add the kidney, liver, intestine and tripe and cook for 5-8 minutes. When the mixture is done, serve hot. |
